That's why we work with DHL, enabling us to deliver our exceptional gift boxes to almost any location across the globe. International shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 working days, and our competitive rates will be calculated based on the destination and weight of your selected products at checkout.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Lebanon may be subject to additional import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance charges by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. While we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery, any delays or charges incurred during customs clearance are beyond our control.

Can you include a personalized note in my order?

Yes, we can include your personal note - simply write it in the box when you check out. Your sentiment will be printed on a note card and placed within your box when shipped.

Can you add my logo to my gift box or do you create private label boxes?

Yes, we can create specially branded gift boxes for your company, special event or organization in multiple quantities (30 pieces and more). 

I ordered a box via one of your expedited options and it was delayed a day or two, why?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, we’re at the mercy of our carriers to deliver our orders as promised. If a delay happened on DHl’s part, it is out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs at this time.
